Roller containers

Roller containersRoller containers are used for emptying 25kg bags. Free flowing granules with a maximum apparent density of 600kg/m³ can be stored in these containers. Most of the time they are near an extruder, an injection moulding machine or next to the central material supply (coupling station). Our roller containers are manufactured from bright-rolled aluminium and stainless steel sheets. We remove rough unevenness on the welds, the surfaces stay untreated. Stainless steel roller containers are also pickled and passivated.

Stackable containers

Stackable containersFor transportation inside plants stackable containers are used. Stackable containers are also suitable for the storage of free flowing granules. The maximum apparent density must not exceed 600kg/m³. The special features are their easy transportability and stackability. This allows you a space-saving storage method for your bulk goods. The materials used for our stackable containers are aluminium and stainless steel sheets. Surfaces remain untreated, only rough unevenness on the welds is removed. Stainless steel containers are pickled and passivated.

Pressure and liquid tanks

Pressure and liquid tanksClosed tanks with an internal pressure higher than their surrounding area are called pressure tanks. Because of the differing requirements and purposes, we mostly develop individual solutions. Therefore we are very flexible regarding tank construction. We also build tanks for hazardous materials e.g. corrosive liquids. Our specialists work hand in hand from the planning of an aluminium or stainless steel tank to the construction. This ensures a smooth progress of the project.

We build roller and stackable containers in round and square design for storing bulk goods. These mobile containers may be used in a flexible manner in conjunction with machinery. Futhermore they can be used as stationary day containers for the interim storage of raw materials and bulk goods. Our containers can be enhanced by several accessories. For example they can be equipped with mixers to blend and homogenise small batches. Our stainless steel containers are pickled and passivated in our plant. This process creates a passivation layer which protects stainless steel against corrosion. For liquid and corrosive bulk goods we offer liquid tanks. Specifically for composites under pressure we also have pressure tanks in our produt range. Our extensive experience enables us to provide containers and tanks for customers from the beverage, food, bio, chemical, medical, pharmaceutical, pulp and paper, waste water and recycling industry. Due to different production processes of our customers, we permanently strive to find new and innovative ways of constructing tanks and containers.
